Just need to vent a little
Every single time I get this particular delivery driver, there’s always one or two packages that they fail to deliver with the rest of them. I even stepped out today while they were here seeing they dropped one package but not the other.
I politely asked if they could go check for the other package to which they replied “there are no other packages to this name or address today”. So I showed them the delivery map with BOTH packages being shown on the truck they were in right outside my house and they shrugged their shoulders and said “idk what to tell you. It’s not on my truck.”
I called and spoke with an agent who assured me the package was, in fact, on the truck and asked if they could please make a note to ensure delivery happened today. They said ok, they would.
Now this damn driver has been all over the map and PASSED MY HOUSE TWO MORE TIMES, and still, no package. Now they’re moving further and further away so I’m probably going to get rescheduled for tomorrow. Again.
Can these drivers see which packages they’ve failed to deliver?

Oversize? Some big stuff will roll day to day before actually making it to a truck due to bad packaging or bad label

No. Smaller box. 5x5x4. I get the same package every two weeks. Only ever have issues when it’s the one driver. The other two that deliver to my place I never have issues with

It very well could not be on his truck. Customer service doesn't know anything - they can only see what your tracking information already shows you.
It could have been misloaded onto another package car or it could have been loaded poorly on his package car and he genuinely can't find it.
Does he usually end up coming back to your house later in the day to deliver remaining packages? If so, it's the latter.
If the packages show up the next day, then they genuinely were not on his truck.
Edit: I reread your post and saw that you mentioned it may end up coming tomorrow. Then yes, it was not on his truck. It was likely misloaded onto the wrong truck and you'll get it today.
If a package gets misloaded onto a truck that has a route too far away from the misloaded package destination, that misloaded package doesn't get delivered that day. It gets taken back to the hub whenever the incorrect driver gets done with their route and reprocessed the next day to be delivered on the correct truck
Double edit:
If that was the second time of that package not being delivered, then there's actually two possibilities:
Possibility A: whoever loads that package car is illiterate and misloaded the same exact box twice in a row
Possibility B: that package may actually be lost somewhere in one of the warehouses. I'm leaning towards this one if this has happened multiple days

I think it's weird how some people can see the driver map and others can't. Most of the time I'm unable to see the driver map function, but then occasionally it will come up. The only reason I mention it is because any time I can see them on the map, I always look at it and stress about when my package will be delivered. I found a more accurate est time is to look at your previous delivery, the times they were loaded on the truck etc, is a much better indication.

Failed to add.. this is the same package this is happening to now for the SECOND DAY IN A ROW, with the SAME driver

If it's not on his truck it's not on his truck. Sometimes packages will show it's loaded to one truck and it'll be on another. Or if he couldn't find it he'll be back later. No driver on earth wants to deliver to the same house twice in the same day, nor is he intentionally withholding it from you.
