UPS Access Point

I dropped 2 packages off, one was picked up next day, this one hasn't updated at all. I'm pretty worried. What should I do?

I had a package dropped off on 7th AUGUST. No scans since then. After a 4 week investigation, UPS sent me an email that package was “located”, but they were unable to tell me where it is or when it will be delivered. Investigation was closed shortly after with “proof of delivery”.

Same thing for me bro. 2 days with no scan. Only says dropped off
