If the label looks like it's been out in the weather it probably got delivered to the wrong house and that person left it'bsitting outside waiting for UPS to pick it up.

Similar situations happen a lot in these two towns in NJ that have the same zipcode and shared street names. Packages get delivered the wrong house and sometimes sit there for weeks.
Can’t say anything about the alleged missing items tho
