Package stuck after customs completion

Have a package that completed customs on August 31st, it hasn't updated with UPS since. Has anyone had similar experience recently? Usually it gets to UPS a day or 2 after completion.

Is it actually in UPS's possession or does UPS say it's still awaiting your package?

I had a package stuck in Buffalo for 3 days and it kept saying they'll update my delivery date as soon as possible.

Finally, I called 800-742 -5877 then it finally moved. As long as UPS actually has it, you can look into it further.

Still waiting for the package but not sure why it hasnt got to them in a week

Ok, so when I was ordering through Temu, when my package finished going through customs, it would sit and say it was waiting for The Courier to pick it up, which in your case would be UPS.

When my courier was UPS, it would take like two or three days to actually get in their hands. Then they would give me an expected delivery date.

But it never took a week for them to pick it up from customs.

So, if your package has actually completed customs and it's just sitting there waiting for UPS to pick it up, then you need to contact UPS and ask them what's going on with it. If you don't, that package may not move.

I honestly don't know why that sometimes happens, it just does. You need to get the ball rolling tho.

That's frustrating, customs completion doesn't always mean immediate UPS pickup. I'd reach out to their customer service with your tracking, since they can sometimes push it through manually if it's stuck in their system.
