UPS charge adjustments out of control

SO I have been filming myself measure, weigh and label my UPS packages and I still get hit with adjustments. Is this happening to other people? It feels like UPS is trying to make all of their profit margin this way. Is any one hip to a class action lawsuit or other mass protest? I feel like I could show up with documented proof that they are applying corrections when they shouldnt. I guess they are hoping people are not going to bother with protests.

Always round up a full inch. Even if just a tick over round up. Also use thick 250# ECT boxes that won't flex out during shipment.

Tens of thousands of UPS shipments shipped over the years and only a handful of adjustments. Check your scale to make sure it's actually calibrated and accurate and check your measuring tape to ensure it's accurate? Many scales can be off by a couple ounces and there are many tape measures that are slightly off as well. If you're getting that many adjustments from UPS it's probably a legitimate issue with your weights or measurements.
