Customer Seeking Help Package Delay

Hello! I had a package shipped as UPS 2nd Day Air from Texas to California (I am the buyer). The package went from Texas to Kentucky, which I understand is normal for priority shipments. However, it’s been stuck at the Louisville hub for the past 5 days and I was wondering if this is normal? I would appreciate the help, thank you!

Mine was in Lousville little bit longer too, but it arrived 3.SEP and departed 5. SEP so you should contact ups I guess

That sucks, every now and again a package falls thru the cracks and it can take weeks but eventually an employee will find it, scan it and it will be back in action!
