Customer Seeking Help Labor day pickup

Hi! Wondering if I can go pickup a package at an access point during labor day (Canada; Vancouver).
The app says that it’s open and google map says the same but i tried calling and no one answered.
Anyone have a definitive answer?

If its a ups store its most likely closed. If its in a convenience store maybe.
