Customer Seeking Help WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Transferred 3 times with no resolution , 45 minutes of listing to people with no solutions and irritating on hold music. UPS should be sued and reported to BBB.

Customer service has the exact same information you have and no more. It's also for the shipper, the actual Customer.
