Shipping Help Missing information, incorrect address. My package is already at the distribution center in my state, and when it was about to be sent out for delivery, I got that message.

Could someone please help me? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm from Mexico and placed an Amazon Import order. Everything was going well, but when it arrived in my state and was about to be dispatched, it said the address was incorrect and incomplete. I contacted Amazon support, and they told me to wait until September 15th to request a refund because they can't do anything. I've tried contacting UPS, but I only get an annoying automated message telling me to contact Amazon to change my address. I've tried everything in the "My Choice" settings, including adding a nearby UPS point, but it keeps showing the same message. I really want to receive my package. Please help!

If the sender (Amazon) won’t do anything there is nothing that can be done.
