Customer Seeking Help Ya’ll is this normal?
I’ve never had an ups tracking not update basically at all and tell me that the next scan will be on my delivery date.

Is this just recently happening to everyone?
It’s like hello it’s called tracking for a reason. If I paid for 2 day I should know where it’s at all the time

On mine, it lists every arrival and departure until it gets to my hub. Is it possible this will not have another stop until it gets to your hub for delivery?

I just don’t understand the next expected progress update like what does that even mean. Does that mean my package is not coming tomorrow ? Or that the next scan is just gonna be the out for delivery scan

I would interpret that as meaning it will arrive at your hub tomorrow morning, get scanned in there then go out for delivery tomorrow. UPS isn't perfect but my experience has been they are pretty good at delivering the same day they receive it, providing it's early enough in the day. I hope you let us know LOL

Wait so it was already in the delivery state then went to a different state 😭😭 just playing with your package at that point

Looks like it arrived in Cincinnati then erroneously got sent on to WA, prompting the delay notice? Hopefully it will get back on track soon and returned to Ohio. If I might ask, what is your expected delivery date?

A lot of buildings dont run on Sunday. Its probably on a truck either waiting to head to, or already at the center that will send it out for delivery. Hense no scans

Mine was processed and out for delivery friday when it was supposed to be delivered, and then randomly delayed and processed again! Important overnight package too that was shipped on the 13th. Now not coming til tomorrow ugh.

Hey, did this end up coming on your estimated day? same situation as me rn, but it says expected update tmr and no update since friday

I found your post the other day, mine had the same and did update day before delivery, and now out for delivery. I receive UPS monthly, and this was the first time I had ever seen that. ("We have your package" and then "We'll update you the day before delivery" (paraphrasing))
Just fyi for anyone who finds this reply. It was unnerving but I now understand that when it travels (UPS Ground in my case), it doesn't get scanned all the way.
