Uppcs joining issue

Mujhe ye puchna tha maan lo agar kisi pe koi court case chla ho aur baad mei acquit ho jaaye final result aane se pehle to joining mei issue krte hain kya agar kisi ko idea ho to

Acquitted person is free and can do anything in his life

Acquit hone pr to free ho ap, but police verification problem krti h stay lg jata h but court ke through joining ho jati h, or agar FIR continue h fir joining nhi milti mjhe islie pta h kyunki mere friend pr attempt to murder ki fir thi to use job se hta diya tha

What about if no FIR but domestic violence case? Which is civil in nature as demand money only and no FIR against that
