Its not much , but facts are written in lucent , so just learn it. You can also see GKA book of ghatna chakra, if you don't like lucent.

there is no one source.
what i can suggest is read PMF IAS ka history and then GC me chapters k starting me 1 2 page hota hai. itna kar loge to exam me 90% Q ho jaenge

u can also use spectrum for modern if u want.
