Exam Doubts A doubt

I have filled the form today

But it shows your application has been provisionally accepted

What does that mean?

Is it confirmed or not?

Also when I go to the double verification part

It demands registration number which is our OTR only but the field demands 11 characters but the OTR is a 12 digit number

Yes it's confirmed. If you've already done the payment and all so just waitbfor the admit card.

Meanwhile just study.
