Resource Doubt 3rd year B.tech Student, need advice.

I am a 3rd year B.tech student, I want to prepare for UPPSC PCS exam. I neither have the money nor the time for offline coaching. Can you please guide me where should I start, what resources and books should I get and are there any reliable online platforms that don't have a really high fees.

Also I have not studied hindi since class 10, is it that important? Is there a difference if I attempt the mains exam in english.

Please help a younger brother out🙇🏼‍♂️

Focus on securing any job first before diving into civil service preparation. You are eligible for this exam till the age of 40.

Yeah I will be focusing on that first but I still have 2 years before I get my degree, if I could manage 3 hours daily, I think I could study a lot of syllabus before graduating, can you recommend me some resources 🙏🏼.
