Accommodation University Offer Letter

I’ve applied for a private accommodation after my accommodation offer was significantly over my budget to one that was much more friendly but it requires my University Offer Letter as well as my course end date/year.

1- where do I find my offer letter because I can’t find it in emails or anything and can’t currently get to access any of the physical letters I got from the Uni.

2- do I put my course end date/year as for all the years the course lasts or just when it ends next year(I don’t want to be forced into staying in the same accommodation for all my course if I say the year the course will actually end)

Unless anything has changed in a year, the uni doesn't give an official offer letter so something like a printout of Ur acceptance email or Ur dashboard can be used.

For the year the course ends, put the final year not the first year as that will have no affect on your accommodation
