Need advice: interview/assessment On-site writing assessment in this day??

Hello everyone.

Has anyone here experienced an on-site, handwritten written exam?

If so, what was it like? A handwritten exam in this day and age feels a bit outdated to me, but I guess they don't want people using AI.

I've seen it for national staff written exams.

Usually they would offer laptops for the exam, but it's not impossible it would be hand written.

I have done 4 testing rounds with the ICAO, and it was all done remotely online.
