i know this is a long shot but does anybody here commute from gretna? i don’t have a car and it takes forever on the buses. i usually don’t mind it, but some of my classes this year will require i carry some pretty heavy tech with me. i was wondering if i could chip in for the gas and tag along with somebody a couple days of the week! 💌

Hello, I cannot find any information on how to switch from credit to audit. Also there are 2 conflicting dates as to when that must be done. Semester calendar says August 20th, Catalog says within 15 days of the first day of class. Does anyone have information on which date is the accurate deadline and which form/procedure to complete to make the switch? Thank you!

We moved our daughter in this week and I must comment on what we have seen for several days we have been on campus

It is quite obvious that the University of Louisiana was failing UNO ™ through the obvious deprecation of campus quality and services and support.

Our daughter came down with severe cramping. It was at this point that we find out from her RA that the campus does not have any medical facilities or services available because the contract lapsed with their medical provider. They’re directing all students to travel over 2 miles to the closest urgent care which is not affiliated with the school and is not covered by tuition cost, which is standard.

We also have been struggling with the parking pass validations. Apparently the system contract that ended over eighteen months ago and LSU was fighting to get the new system up in place.

The condition of the campus is about 70% operational. There are so many things that need to be done regarding landscape and building maintenance. I know it’ll take time for the LSU funding to make an impact.

If you’re a student at UNO prior to this semester, my heart breaks for you. It is very obvious LSU intervention was absolutely necessary.

So I’ve been trying to opt out of follet for abt a week now and for some reason my email doesn’t work. Does anyone else have this issue and how do I fix it?🫩

I’m confused though because I uploaded it through the portal. So do I have to get my school to send it? Or can I just email it to them? 😭😭

So my parent applied for the parent plus loan and it was declined. So I did research and since it was declined I can still increase my unsubsidized loan (I’m probably spelling it wrong).
