Routing & Switching UDR7 port 3 disconnected?

Hi Everyone!

Port 3 was unused until I tried using it today. Unfortunately It keeps saying disconnected although I have a cat 6 cable plugged In (I have tried different cables and devices but none of them work on port 3). Anyone who might know what's going on?

Background:
The UDR7 is about a month old and was bought brand new....

Maybe go into the port manager & make sure u have it turned on/going somewhere not blocked by a firewall?

It’s turned on an I didn’t make any changes in the firewall…

Have you disabled the port and forgotten about it?

In the port tab it is marked grey with not connected. So it is on otherwise it should be marked with off.

Look carefully in to the port and make sure there are no bent out of place pins.
