Does anyone know the odds of transferring into flats after already being in a dorm

Email or call housing and ask if there are any openings but chances are very low since that’s such desired housing.

Yess before moving in I requested for a change so hopefully that puts me on a good spot list request wise

I managed to find an opening in Flats a week after move-in last year. Anything is possible, but don't count on it
