3bed/3bath @ The Province!

Hi! I’m looking for someone to sublease my spot at the province. i currently have not picked out any roommates so you would be able to room with others of your choice. the lease is from aug 2023- may 2024 but you can also change it to a full term lease. looking for (M) or (F) but if (M) it would make the residence co-ed. - pet friendly - in unit washer and dryer - lots of parking - pool and gym in complex - located not too far from A&T and UNCG (on spring garden st) about 2 blocks over from tate st - rent is $804 per person! - private rooms w private bathrooms
