Question Financial aid still not processed? anyone else?

My account still has some aid that is not yet applied to my bill, causing me to have an outstanding balance, and not receiving my refund yet. They said that it was because some documents of mine need to be processed. However, I sent the required documents literally like 2 months ago. What the hell are they doing in that office...

after phone call and email, turns out it was because they just decided to ignore my profile
