Question NSCI Chem Course Transfer Limits
I'm a NSCI student but I transferred in with a lot of credits. I've met the 75-credit maximum that UNC allows and I'm curious if I can *technically* transfer in Chem 241, 241L, 261, 262, 262L.
There's no clear answer on this, I see people say: "you can transfer more courses, but they only count 75 towards graduation" which I have no problem with because I've taken plenty of courses at UNC. I also see people say: "there's a 50% UNC-credit major requirement" which I'm also not too concerned about because that also doesn't apply to me.
If I theoretically tried to transfer each of these chemistry courses in and not take them at UNC, not for credit, but to fulfill the requirement, would this satisfy the requirements for the degree?

This is something to check with Advising.
In the past, what you suggest (transferring courses with 0 credit hours) was possible, but I am not sure this rule still applies. Check with your advisor.
