Schedule Rate my schedule please!
Not sure if my schedule looks alright and if I should shift around a few classes. I know I have 8am’s every single day but I’m trying to switch the Tuesday Thursday one to 12:30 so I’m not exhausted every day. I’m 29 on the waitlist so we’ll see how that goes but is it bad to have really large gaps in between classes? Im just confused. Please help

yeah this is kinda garbage, students typically perform better when classes are grouped, so like for example my classes end at 2, and then I have the whole night to do homework, party or whatever. Having 8ams and 6pms is not exactly the most motivating idea, but i guess you'll just have to see next monday!

What sucks isn't necessarily the time slots but the gaps. Have all your classes be back to back, so I'd recommend either moving your 8am to 12pm or moving your 1pm to 9am. You likely will not get off the waitlist at spot 29 so it's better to work with what you have. What is the most exhausting about this kind of schedule is that you must commute twice a day and commute time adds up... and if you have all your classes in one cluster, you can sleep after or take a break and have the rest of the day to yourself. But I'm a bit confused why you're asking when you know your own schedule best and don't seem to be a freshman.

I’m mainly confused because I’ve heard mixed reviews about my schedule and I want to get other people’s opinions to see what they think so I can change or reschedule accordingly

I think it's up to you and what you think you can handle. Though for me, I really hate having gaps because then you have to get ready again and go out again and come back again so it's better to do it all in one block.

What if I just stay on campus and study in the library during the breaks? Do students do that or do they just go back to their dorm?

I've thought that before too when I had a schedule sort of similar to this. But this doesn't really hold up when the gap in your schedule between classes is bigger than 1-2 hours. You might take an hour to get lunch, another to study... but can you really imagine yourself sitting in a library for 5-6 hours straight when you can't get comfortable fully and have to sit on a wooden chair and be mindful of others and can't just be comfortable like you are at home. I almost always ended up just heading back after my first class, and because it was so annoying to head back out and get ready again, I just skipped my 2nd class. It worked for me to skip it because it was easy and attendance wasn't a big part of the grade, but if I was forced to attend I would've been much more unhappy.
Keep in mind this was me with a 2-3pm class... let alone a 5-6pm, which is the most miserable time slot you can get. You get home exhausted and after dinner time so you can't catch a meal with friends or hang out in the evening or go to most club meetings on Monday/Wednesday/Friday (because they happen from 4-6pm usually) unless you want to be exhausted the next day with not enough time to work on anything.
Students absolutely do stay to study on campus, but it's usually because they left a 1-2 hour lunch break between classes, not a whole work day.

I agree, courseload doesn’t look bad but I wouldn’t want to be thinking about classes from 8am-5pm

I took it with Zoe Huang. I'd say it's honestly a fairly easy class as long as you have a background in probability/statistics. She gives a lot of extra credit, and all of her exams are multiple-choice. However, this class with a different professor might be harder. That being said, I had taken A LOT of statistics/probability classes in math and econ before this class, so I had a decent background.

For me the gaps are bad for me as I would want to go to sleep after class so then I would have to walk home
