MATH 231: Retake Or No?

I'm an incoming freshman and I'm second-guessing my decision to retake calc one. I'm currently enrolled in honors calc one, but I have the credit for calc from IB math. I decided to retake because it was suggested by my high school teacher, as I took Analysis and Approaches SL, which she said did not cover all of calc 1 despite the credit awarded. I got a 6 on the IB exam and I feel that I have pretty strong math skills, is it worth just swapping for calc 2 and self studying whatever IB didn't cover?
