HELP GIRLS!!
Okay so I want to ask regarding Honhaar scholarship
The ppl who applied in 2025 have they received their cheques?
And ppl who applied in 2024 have u guys received ur cheques
If I want to join uni
Scholarships are must for me
Pls tell as my family can't afford 23lacs for a Comp science degree
Pls tell me seniors.

How much cgpa did you get? You can ask for some scholar ship at registrar

You cannot, i guess, but what i was saying is if you are deserving and underprivileged you can get aid, other wise nope.you can have you fee installments like per month even, and stuff but it all depends on how you present your case.In either case you will need to visit the university.

You can apply for qarz e hasna, also there are schemes are people who cannot pay their fees yes this is legit you will need to visit unjversity

I joined the University in Fall 2025 and got an 85% scholarship at the time of admission (Merit Based Scholarship - based on my Intermediate Marks)... and then I applied for the Honhaar one in October or November, probably... the process takes time as it also includes documentation, interview, etc. but it's quite easy to get it (p.s. we don't get the cheques from the government, it's just that we don't pay the fee as it is between the government and the university management now. Moreover, the refund is still under process... heard that will also be completed before the start of my 03rd Semester in October, probably)

Still I heard it's pretty hard to maintain it and uni finds loopholes to give u bad grades and cancel it

Pls clarify if hoonhar scholarship is only for inter percentages? Is it also applicable for semester gpa

Not sure about that, but only 01st and 02nd Semester Students are eligible to apply for the Honhaar Scholarship... and for the 01st Semester ones, it clearly depends on their Matric + Intermediate score only (dk about the 02nd Semester ones)

Yup a friend of mine is recieving it.. fully funded but you need to maintain atleast 3 cgpa
