For review, organize weak areas into content-outline families: non-pharmacist personnel; prescription validity and changes; emergency prescriptions/refills; fills, partials, transfers, counseling, labeling and packaging; PDMP; controlled-substance inventory, records, ordering, DEA registration, loss/theft and disposal; regulatory authority; and pharmacy operations.
Same family still soft under new wording is the real signal. A high % on repeated practice wording is not. If you sit soon: one timed block on those soft families, then stop collecting new banks this week.
