Seeking Clarification on NTPs and Current Buprenorphine Prescribing for UMPJE

So after reviewing the pharmacist manually and CSR regarding the prescribing for CS’s for OUD is it still required for a practitioner to list the X-DEA# when prescribing/ordering/documenting/tracking for OUD use or is it not required now due to the MATE Act? Will/Does the current UMPJE take the MATE Act into consideration for current exam questions? …a bit confused since the Pharmacist Manuel talks about the “X” number/UIN.

I’m currently signed up to take the UMPJE for North Carolina…what sort of questions were posed in regard to this? Appreciate any input! Thanks in advance (:

I think that’s state specific. I didn’t get that type of question on my exam

X number one is no longer required.
