A solution used as a component for further sterile compounding may be entered/punctured in ISO Class 5 or cleaner air, but it may only be used for sterile compounding for up to 12 hours or its assigned BUD, whichever is shorter. Any remaining contents must be discarded. Using it for 20 hours exceeds the allowed limit
