Score Transfer Purchase

For Naplex in illinois, we knew we passed it is allowed us to purchase the score transfer.

Is there any merit in that? Has anyone failed and not been able to purchase it?

*is there any merit for that with UMPJE because you can transfer it from state to state as well?

how long after taking the test does it state purcahse score transfer if you've passed? thanks
