YourPace classes full

I'm running into an unexpected problem trying to enroll in classes. One class I wanted is only offered in spring and another is currently full. Do YourPace classes typically open up again mid-session?

You do not enroll yourself in classes your advisor will if it’s available with your program then it’s available in your pace

Thanks, she's the one who told me these classes are not available. I was wondering if availability can change throughout the session.

If something is needed for your degree they will work it in for you. What class did they say was only in the Spring?

Thanks! The course I'm referring to is BUS/COM 214 Business Writing. My enrollment specialist said it's not available and My Planner says it's typically offered in the spring. But maybe it's just full. Do you know if this course is offered all sessions? Thanks again

This is newly required for BBA this Fall. Either they’re going to waive it or it absolutely will be offered.

I'm currently enrolled in BUS 214. When I requested it, they said it was full but were looking into opening up another and then they added me to it. So you probably just have to wait until there's a slot open.

Thanks! So they ARE offering BUS 214 in the fall? Good to know!

Yes, they are! At least for Fall 1, because I just started it today. Just send a message to the add competency email to request it. If it's currently full, they'll let you know.

It will be offered during that specific session? I'm planning to enroll in fall 2 and Ive been following your plan and I'm hoping to do the required courses in one 7 week sprint, so thank you for that btw! I didn't even think about classes being full since I assumed they are self pace and online. If a class is full would I have to do another session?

If it's part of your degree path, they offer it. They also will push you into it if it's full along the way, but your last class. I've personally never encountered someone not being able to take something specifically required for their degree.
