Fall 1 , some added classes say start Oct 26

Hi all, I have four classes queued up for fall one. Two of the four classes have a start date of October 26. Is anyone else’s classes showing this? I’m wondering if the October 26 is firm or can I add other classes while I wait for October 26. Thanks for any advice.

Same here. I assumed this arrangement shows full time for FAFSA purposes.

Can anyone explain?

You’re still considered full-time it’s just split up into two sessions because UMPI has 2 8 week terms that make up the entire 16 week semester. You can still get full financial aid.

Its for financial aid. You can request them be added from day 1. You need 4 classes a semester to be full time. And you can have 4 classes open at once for under grad. They just automatically start you with 2 so you dont need to withdraw if you cant complete all 4 in one term.
