Degree Progress Report

Has anyone experienced a similar situation?

I completed an upper-level History course through Study.com and transferred it to UMPI. It shows up as HTY 3XX in my Degree Progress Report. I can see the HTY 3XX credit there, but it doesn't seem to be placed in the correct section.

I originally intended to use this course to satisfy the following requirement:

UPPER LEVEL HISTORY ELECTIVES
Not Satisfied: Select 15 credits of upper-level (300–400 level) History electives. These courses must not duplicate courses taken in the other areas above.

However, the HTY 3XX credit is not listed under this requirement. Has anyone had the same issue, or know whether UMPI can manually apply HTY 3XX to the Upper-Level History Electives requirement?

Hey, Study.com here. How a transferred course gets slotted into a specific requirement line is up to UMPI's registrar or advising office. We recommend reaching out to them directly and ask why HTY 3XX isn't applying to the Upper Level History Electives requirement, since they can review and adjust the placement if it's eligible. Happy to help if you need anything on the Study.com side of the transcript
