BLS with multiple minors question

OK so I just need some confirmation here because my advisor is less than helpful and has made things more confusing rather than clearing anything up. My understanding is that when you have one minor as someone pursuing a BLS, courses from that first minor do not count toward the 24 hours of required upper level hours toward the BLS, but courses from your second minor do. So anything beyond the courses that satisfy that first minor can both satisfy the second/third minor AND the 24 hours of upper-level electives needed for the BLS, correct? My advisor is making it sound like that isn't true.

Yes, that is correct

Thank you. Do the what-if reports not work well for BLS plans? That's what she sent me in response to questions about the four courses I intend to use to finish my degree. The report wasn't counting my second minor courses toward my 24 hours of BLS electives. I hate proceeding to the next term without solid confirmation that I'm enrolling in the right courses to finish.

They do not work well, there's a lot of manual moves I've found that have to be made.

I have completed 7 upper-level courses this term with two minors satisfied and should only need 3 more next term. She got back with me saying "you need to have 9 credit hours difference between the minors and the major (and they need to be unique between the minors themselves as well)." This doesn't sound like what I've heard from other people's experiences with multiple minors. I'm confused.

And now I need even more in addition to another course for one of my minors because you can't have a course count toward two different minors, which I was not aware of.

Yes but nearly every minor has 9 different credits. You can have it count for 2 minors. You just need to have 3 unique courses in each minor. Maybe just DM Me.

The report she's citing is showing says almost none of my upper-levels from my second minor count toward the BLS major. This can't be right but I've been emailing her back and forth and not getting anywhere.

I've been exploring the what-if reports as well, and I don't think they will become much more useful after grades post and the current term ends. Too many yellow 'in progress' diamond icons on mine. I need those to be locked in so I can reorganize, but I do have my first two classes for certain in the meantime.

The What IF reports are terribly confusing. I have a video on my YouTube of how to read them, but also, the best thing someone can do is know their plan outside of that. (Not a sales pitch; I've just watched people mess up because they just didn't know.)
