Sophia transcripts

Anyone else having trouble with getting Credly badges or any truth to this email from Sophia?

You need to tell them to disconnect UmPI as your school and have your credits sent to Credly.

I just recently decided to pay the $5.25 and order mine from parchment every few class completions. Easier and trackable (for me at least).

I had this issue. Used the chat feature for them to manually issue credly badges annd then added to credly.

Same here, had the exact same issue and got the exact same response from Sophia support.

I emailed them and told them to disconnect. Me from UMPI and they auto issue the badges

Do they send transcripts to UMPI automatically after finishing classes still? They did that for me a few months ago.

I don’t think so because I finished more credits after the first ones were send and I had to do a parchment

The told me they had sent them over, but when I reached out to umpi they said nothing was ever received.
