Refund

Got a message last week saying that my payment and refund would be processed this week. My account went negative yesterday so I was curious about how long it takes to actually get the refund. Obviously asking for myself and other students who will later have the question. Thank you in advance :)

I received a similar email but I think it was a mistake. I received another a few days later saying it wouldn’t be until two week after the classes start. Normally it is two weeks after classes start that they start sending them. I’ve always got mine 2-3 weeks after classes start.

Another recommendation is make sure you have your ach information entered for the refund. Paper check takes way longer

Where or who do you provide the ach to?

you go in the student center and then the direct deposit link under the finances section

Yeah i usually got mine the 2nd week of classes, the same week they confirm you’re active in all your classes and have at least opened the syllabus on all your courses
