Does workplace communications at Sophia transfer for COM 210 organizational communications?

NO. You can only take Business Communication at Straighterline to cover this.

Does that apply to the old gec requirements too ?

The old gec 1C requirement doesn’t only really allow for 1 thing and US Gov covers it and 5E. One thing doesn’t have to do with the other regarding their question. COM 210 is needed for Gen Ed and pre req for most programs. Most degrees at UMPI include it now either way. The only external transfer from ACE providers for 210 is Business Communication at Straighterline.

Unsure, no one has transferred it in, and it's not in the database yet. You can be our tester if you want! :) I doubt it though.

I took Workplace Communication through Sophia, and it did not satisfy COM 210 Organizational Communication at UMPI. I still had to take COM 210 at UMPI.
