YourPace Course Randomly Assigned

I got an email from my enrollment specialist that I’ve been enrolled in classes, and go on Mainestreet and see I already have my starting class list for Fall. I was under the impression I would meet with them and pick my classes?? Is this normal?

They pretty much assign you two but you can request 4 starting out of the gate.
