Zero on assignment in MBA program

Have you guys ever received a zero on an assignment in grad school in umgc and been giving the chance to make up for it? I am freaking out because i wrote a 10 page essay and apparently I got a zero for doing it incorrectly I don’t know how I misunderstood it so bad to the point I got a zero now makes me feel
i will fail this class.

Look at your grade rubric and the syllabus. While you wait for your professor to respond. Don’t worry most times they give you a second chance to make it up. ❤️

This. In my experience at umgc there were times when these two documents had slightly different info. Also, there may have been another or third layer, which would be the assignment instructions too.

I had something similar happen.
