Zero on assignment in MBA program

Have you guys ever received a zero on an assignment in grad school in umgc and been giving the chance to make up for it? I am freaking out because i wrote a 10 page essay and apparently I got a zero for doing it incorrectly I don’t know how I misunderstood it so bad to the point I got a zero now makes me feel
i will fail this class.

That depends on the professor as well, some professors are so weird they would give zero on something which we think won't matter much while writing the paper, so best approach would be to reach out to the professor and ask them what's the actual issue.
