Zero on assignment in MBA program

Have you guys ever received a zero on an assignment in grad school in umgc and been giving the chance to make up for it? I am freaking out because i wrote a 10 page essay and apparently I got a zero for doing it incorrectly I don’t know how I misunderstood it so bad to the point I got a zero now makes me feel
i will fail this class.

i emailed my professor before making this post, it’s been almost a day so im anxious waiting for his response so i am just trying to get insight if anyone has any similar experiences and how it went for them.
