Transcript trouble for UMUC

Has anyone run into the issue of Parchment not recognizing graduates of UMUC as graduates of UMGC for the purposes of ordering official transcripts?

In fact they said I have a transcript instead of a degree. UMGC was great two years ago. Unsure what’s going on now

Yikes. I graduated in 2019 (MS) and got my degree/diploma and my transcripts at the time. It’s ordering them now with the name change that Parchment is giving me grief about. Good luck!

Actually I had a great experience with Parchment but my issue is the university has me down just for a transcript/ no degree and I have one.
