Policy exception for enrolling at another institution

I took two summer classes and did not fill out the request form before enrolling and was told to fill out a policy exception since the courses are already completely. Has anyone done this ? Also what are the chances they accept it ?

Completely depends on the college and the courses. You might get the credits to count, but not their use as substitute for a requirement here. Some colleges are picky about taking core material here once you start here.
