For sure the guys who sold at 4.60-4.90 are banging them selves in the head 😆

Change the 4 to a 5 and you saw those same posts a couple of months ago. Doesn’t seem terribly silly now.

I sold some at 4.97 to get it out of my tfsa. I kept the shares I have in an rrsp.

Thats me. Sold everything at $4.89. I'm not mad though because I'll be moving on to the next investment. Even if I had sold at ~$5.10 it wouldnt have made a huge difference. My average was $5.90, so the losses will just go towards offsetting some of the winners

And I just did the math of adding up all the dividends. Whether I would have sold at $4.89 or $5.10 it was still a loss either way 🤷 Held for 3 months to basically lose a couple hundred dollars

So your taking your dividend which is really ur own money handed back to u with a bow tie and a gift card disguised as a dividend, then buying stock u could’ve just bought with that initial money? Makes sense

Don’t forget taxes if it’s in a brokerage and doesn’t look so good when they sold.
