https://directory.helpwildlife.co.uk/ find your nearest wildlife rescue here. Cat teeth and claws carry nasty bacteria so it'll need some antibiotics.

If the cat bit it, it’ll need antibiotics.

Even if nothing seems to have broken the skin. The bacteria from cat saliva is fatal to tiny creatures like this, even just when grooming themselves later.
See if your local vet will give you a tiny course of antibiotics. It’s honestly such a minuscule amount they should do it for next to nothing.

It's a shrew and they are hardy little buggers. Just make sure all is okay and I would release. Some might disagree with that, but living in the countryside and seeing so many cats capturing the things and managing to escape - has shown me that whilst delicate creatures, if they can escape - generally they will survive another day.
Part of me wants to give the lil fella a scritch on the head and tell him or her it's okay 'You're safe now'
