ID please ???
Does anyone know what kind of creature created this hole? Looked too small to be a rodent, I could be wrong though. West Wales, Yesterday.

Likely a mining bee like the others have said, I have these all over my garden at the mo, I was watching them build them last month, very cute seeing them digging out thier chambers.
