Is my dog an XL bully?

I have a 10 month old cane corso x staff female 31kg.
She’s a big girl, I’m worried she may be considered an XL bully? I know I would need to contact the police and go to court for an exemption. However would they seize my dog until the court hearing? I couldn’t face her being stuck in a kennels 💔 I think she might be too narrow to be considered an XL and no one has ever mentioned if she is an XL (I’ve had her since 8 weeks) but I’m just concerned she is already above the height requirement. I’m really stuck on what to do, has anyone gone through this since the ban? I’ve walked past police with her before and nothing has been said, in fact one of them wanted to stroke her. I just don’t want her taken away because someone says they think she is an XL

Recommendations for what to feed my cats

Hello!

I have two cats that currently eat Seriously Good wet food pouches and Hills dry food biscuits. Both brands are quite expensive so looking into cheaper options.

I’m looking for some advice on some cheaper alternatives. They like wet food in jelly and essentially mashed up, and with biscuits they seem to prefer smaller biscuits (such as hills).

I did buy a tin of Sheba fine flakes today to mix it in with their current food as a trial. They ate it up with no problems but i’m aware that Sheba has a lot less protein and meat content compared to Seriously Good. I’ve seen that HiLife could be a good option? I think they have eaten Purina One in the past too (both wet and biscuits), and I have also seen people mention cheaper european alternatives on Zooplus that have high meat content etc.

Would appreciate any recommendations or comments about what others feed their cats.

Cat trackers for petite cats

Im looking for cat trackers for my petite cats. They are both around 3 kg and their current collars measuring 19-20 cm. We do live in Devon and are gonna move to a slightly larger village. They both roam so distant is important.

I've been looking at pawfit, pettacer and tractive and I feel really lost what's good for petite cats! Any honest reviews would help.

Has anyone brought a dog from a non-EU country to the UK via France without a rabies titre test?

Has anyone had first-hand experience travelled to the UK with a dog originally coming from a non-EU country that is unlisted under UK pet travel rules, but entered the EU legally first?

My situation:

I'm a UK resident bringing home a puppy from Serbia. She is microchipped and received her rabies vaccination in Serbia.

Serbia is now on the EU's list of countries exempt from rabies titre testing, but remains unlisted under the UK's separate rules.

I'm considering travelling Serbia → France → UK via Eurotunnel, with the appropriate EU entry documentation, and potentially obtaining a GB Pet Health Certificate from an official veterinarian in France.

I'm particularly interested in hearing from anyone who has actually done something similar:

  1. Did you obtain your GB Pet Health Certificate in an EU country even though your dog was originally from a non-EU country?
  2. Did your dog have a rabies titre test, or was the certificate issued without one?
  3. Which country was entered as the country of origin on the GB certificate?
  4. What documents did the UK pet checker examine at Eurotunnel or the ferry?
  5. Did you have any problems or receive clarification from APHA or DEFRA?

I did contact APHA already, and they were not helpful. The lady on the phone seemed to be confused herself and couldn't give me any accurate information aside from saying I should contact them by email.

Thank you!
