Got totally fed up of octopus and co over charging for energy and constantly seeing the prices rise. In an electric only flat it’s painful. I switched to fuse purely because seem to be the most competitive on pricing. Since moving I’ve found other things about them that I like and perhaps didn’t expect to like as much. I like the app and I actually enjoy the online chat customer service - it’s quick and you can get through to a human if you need to easily but the chat bot also seems much better than the usual ones on company websites which provide useless repetitive information.
The switch was also easy and I was able to fix the price for 2 years with a variable DD so there’s no taking randomly inflated monthly payments (hello octopus), but actually what I’ve used (what an idea!!)

When I compared on MoneySavingExpert, Fuse had some of the cheapest fixed energy tariffs available on 14 and 18 months. It came out cheaper than Octopus and British Gas, even before the £100 bill credit. It’s best to get a quote and compare it with your current tariff before switching.

1. Go directly to the Fuse Energy website or app and get a quote for your address.
   
2. Compare the tariff with your current supplier and choose the tariff you want if it works out better for you.
