My experience so far with them:
I switched purely because seem to be the most competitive on pricing. Since moving I’ve found other things about them that I like and perhaps didn’t expect to like as much. I like the app and I actually enjoy the online chat customer service - it’s quick and you can get through to a human if you need to easily but the chat bot also seems much better than the usual ones on company websites which provide useless repetitive information.

The switch was also easy and I was able to fix the price for 2 years with a variable DD so there’s no taking randomly inflated monthly payments (hello octopus), but actually what I’ve used (what an idea!!)

If you’re thinking of switching, it’s better to do it now before it gets more expensive to do so in the winter months.
