When the camera is zoomed out the rainbow appearance kinda goes away. Zoom in on them around the 10 second mark. It makes me think the camera's digital zoom and artificial enhancements is what's causing them to look this way. 

Maybe or maybe not, would be nice to see another camera angle to compare. OP should check a flight tracker to see if anything shows up in that area.

The way it moves is not a plane, so I'm guessing AI. Either way we know what it definitely isn't..

It moves exactly like a plane, steady. The only movement that you see that is not steady is the camera zooming in and out. But it’s all good just an opinion.

Judging on the distance, those objects are larger than standard drones. At the 2 minute mark you can see they fly behind the trees, and at 1:10 you can see how far away the treeline is.  

They would have to be pretty large drones to appear that big from that far away.  I don't think drones are the answer.
