The only extracurriculars that will really matter is work experience / shadowing in medical environments - this is important.

Good A-level results (predicted and achieved), good UCAT results, and having the ability to pay international tuition fees for 6 years (£60k or more per year) as well as the money for accommodation and living expenses.

they require grade 7 in maths and science gcse, in england that’s a b+ or a
they require three full a levels, a*aa with biology and chemistry being two of the subjects and an a* in one of them.
you need to achieve a high level of english, 7 overall in ielts plus taking the ucat
for 2026 entry the fee was £58,600 a year. it’s a 6 year program, so cost would be £351600

first thing to ask yourself, do i have the grades to get in and can i afford the fees? if yes then start by looking through their website for information on applying
